20 Weeks!!!

Well we have made it half way!! I could not be more excited to have a little girl. We have decided to name her Hannah Nicole and I can't wait to meet her. We have already been doing so much to prepare for her arrival. My parents ordered Hannah her beautiful crib and Shawn and I ordered the rest!! I cannot wait to get it in so we can decorate her room. I am sad that it is going to take 10 weeks for everything to ship, but I am sure I can busy myself with other fun tasks. Shawn and I went this weekend to buy her first girly outfits which was so much fun. I am sure there is more of that to come, however, Shawn has been keeping a close eye on me so I don't go crazy. I don't think it will be that easy once she comes but I am containing myself until then.

20 Weeks

Boy??? or Girl???

Since this is the first grandchild on both sides we wanted to come up with a fun way to tell our parents what we were having. Not to mention the fact that I wanted a way to document the moment in my scrapbook of course!! We decided to send our parents a poem and 2 packages (one labeled A and the other B). In package A were blue and white bibs and package B pink and white. We found out on Wednesday what we were having but unfortunately the packages were not delivered until Thursday because of Veteran's Day. So on Thursday night with our parents and siblings on the line we announced to open box B. Both of the Grandmother's yelled out..."IT'S A GIRL!!" We are so excited and cannot wait to meet her!!

Yay We're Pregnant!!

Shawn and I have been trying for about a year and a half to have a baby. We were super excited to find out in July that we were expecting!! We are so excited for this new journey in our lives and can't wait to meet our sweet baby. I think I have been driving Shawn a little crazy with all the planning and searching for the right bedding and furniture but I know it will be worth it in the end. Our due date is April 4th and it cannot come soon enough!!18 weeks
